A Chinese major enjoyed the English learning environment in secondary school which included a trip to Taiwan. She perseveres with reading books such as a Steve Jobs biography and Twilight.

Apart from English classes at school, this Sociology major learnt from travelling. She has been to Taiwan and London. Her parents and sister have also been sources of learning.

Learning started in Primary 4 for this Politics major. Studying in an EMI primary school did not help improve her English. She has travelled to Taiwan.
