Primary school activities in an international school gave this Occupational Therapy major opportunities to communicate with native English speakers. He likes the Alex Rider adventure stories.

Participating in group activities motivated this Science major’s to learn English. He always imagined being a character in adventure stories like Alex Rider. A reading competition made him learn the phrases in books.

In order to get a good result on the DSE and secure a place in university, this Civil Engineering major took tutorial classes. He read a book by Frederick Forsyth but didn’t finish because he ran out of time.
